Dill oil has a calming, mildly soporific effect. It is used for problems with appetite, digestion, menstruation, wound healing. Regenerates mature skin and helps fight wrinkles.
Application method: Externally
Inhalations: 3 k. fennel oil per 2 liters of water for 10 minutes – for colds, sore throats, coughs, bronchitis, laryngitis, insomnia, to stimulate digestion.
Massage: for cellulite, premenstrual syndrome, osteoarthritis, aging skin and wrinkles on the face, for reduced muscle tone, to increase and tighten the bust – 50 ml of almond oil with 50 k. dill.
Face mask: for dry and aging skin 2 tbsp. yogurt, 1 tbsp. water, 1 tbsp. honey and 5 k. dill or 2 tbsp. clay, 1 tbsp. almond oil, 4 tbsp. water and 5 k. dill.
Others: in inflammation of the gums and against breath in the mouth, it is recommended to drool without swallowing – 100 ml of water, 1 tbsp. brandy and 5 k. dill. Prevention of teeth and oral cavity – 1 k. dill toothpaste in the evening. In menopause, fennel oil can be used as an estrogen substitute, but should not be overdone with prolonged use – moderate doses have a good effect. For hemorrhoids – smearing the hemorrhoids with a mixture of cream “Marigold” and 2 tbsp. fennel oil 2 times a day. The intense smell of dill helps with lack of appetite
